October 22 — This week at the 2010 National Preservation Conference in Austin, TX, Corporate Network Services debuted its Easement Management Database solution.  Developed in conjunction with The L’Enfant Trust in Washington, DC, the Easement Management Database helps property owners manage easements in an easy to use format.  It includes powerful search functions, so users can quickly access necessary information–without rifling through paper records!

Features of the database management software include property location and type, historical data, donor information, owner information, enforcement issues, and photographs and images.  A customized report section allows users to instantly generate annual letters, enforcement correspondence, lists of mortgage subordination signees, and historical significance reports.
