We are looking for the following positions:

Tier 2 Technician (Palm Bay, Fl)

The Tier 2 technician will:
- Respond to tickets into our Managed Services call center
- Handle escalations from Tier 1 Support to resolve various server, desktop, and networking issues
- Review trouble tickets and ticket procedure to ensure that tickets are completed with pertinent information and assigns them to the correct department for action
- Interface effectively with customers

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 Server Installation, Administration, and Recovery
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 Server
- Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP
- Strong skills in DNS, DHCP, WINS
- Knowledge of Cisco Routers
- Knowledge of Windows Workstation Operating Systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7)
- Knowledge of Firewall rules, VPN, security
- Knowledge of DSL, T-1, WANs, LANs and related technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely
- Knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Server
- Knowledge of Backup Troubleshooting
- Ability to document problems and solutions in help desk ticketing software; experience with ConnectWise and LabTech a plus

Qualifications:
- MCSE, MCITP certified
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass drug screen and background check

Application Developer, Washington, DC Metro area

The Application Developer will develop and support database applications for the Anvil Dataworks and Corporate Network Services’  client base as well as for internal projects. This position requires:

* fundamental knowledge of database and application design, scripting, data parsing, and technical documentation
* excellent communications skills
* knowledge of relational database design and concepts
* FileMaker, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and PHP knowledge
* demonstrated ability to work as part of an application development team; create task lists, timelines and deliverables, work to meet project schedules determined by others
* excellent customer service skills
* strong inter-personal communications skills
