PROSuite Saves a Server

Here is an actual email from one of our managers to a PROSuite customer:

Christine, I wanted to alert you to a hardware issue that was discovered today by our PROSuite monitoring system. One of the redundant drives on your accounting server has failed. Because this is a redundant drive, the server will still operate normally until it is replaced. We have contacted HP Technical Support and a replacement drive is being shipped for arrival Monday morning and one of our consultants will install it. No downtime should be needed or expected to complete the installation. Please be on the lookout for a package from HP with your name on it. Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions.
